FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner, the better! Popular dates can book weeks—or even months—in advance, especially during holidays and peak season (Mar-Sept). If your event is just around the corner, reach out anyway. If we have the date available, we’d love to celebrate with you!
How does gratuity work?
Gratuity is always appreciated, and we offer two options to make things easy! If you’d like to have a tip jar/signage available, no service gratuity will be added to your invoice. If you’d rather guests not be asked to tip, we’ll simply include a 20% service gratuity in your final balance so everything is taken care of before the big day
Can you create custom cocktails?
Absolutely! Whether you have a favorite cocktail in mind or want something completely unique, we’ll help create a menu that’s personalized to your event and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. If you’d like to see our current cocktail menu, please submit a request here.
Do you travel?
Yes! We’re based in St. Petersburg and proudly serve the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Planning an event outside our standard service area? Let us know—we’re always happy to travel!
Do you provide the alcohol?
Alcohol is not included in the package pricing but is available as an add-on cost + 15%. Otherwise, we will provide a custom, detailed shopping list for you to ensure we have everything we need for your event.
How do I book my event?
A 25% deposit and signed service agreement are required to reserve your event date. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. After that, deposits become non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of the booking and are non-refundable.

Prefer something a bit more low-key? Our pre-batched cocktails deliver the same quality — ready to pour and easy to host!
Each batch yields approx. 25 drinks and comes chilled via disposable plastic bottles or glass bottles and we can arrange a pickup post-event for any glassware or supplies, as needed.
